Clown in Phnom Penh

Some Cambodian citizens claim that they have seen clowns with baseball bats, some kids might find this funny but dear tourists take care of yourself, do not walk on the streets alone at night, please don't go into some pubs that celebrate Halloween!
Terrorists might use this as a new arm!
